About Us
Archangel Ventures Inc is an Innovation advisory practice serving real estate and construction. We work with executives and their teams to operationalize innovation by evolving business models, processes, and products to create and capture added value while reducing associated pains and costs.
OUR PERSPECTIVE
The impacts of increasing costs, changing space-user and capital partner expectations are new realities putting pressure on investment returns. Additionally, our pool of skilled and knowledge workers, finds itself overextended, making best-practice difficult to achieve. Industry leaders shaping tomorrow realize that today's best-practices are insufficient and that investing in innovation is the best way to future-proof their businesses, create dynamic cultures that attract the best talent, and safeguard investor returns.
OUR MISSION
We deliver the expertise that property developers, builders and technology providers need to build their capabilities to deliver buildings with better NOI, NAV and ESG outcomes, faster, more profitably, and with less pain.
